When you calculate fair value for you stock?
Do you take premarket futures and subtract futures close at 4:00 yesterday to get a percentage to use for your stocks?
I have read through some of your threads, but there seems to be several strategies being used.

As for me I was filled on four orders on Friday. Was 1-4 but basically flat.
Only used 200 shares until i get more comfortable.

BK -.10 opened up again and went up again, waited til it retraced a bit, then jumped out. Could have waited more and got a bit of profit. Dang why can't I just read the future..??
BBY +.25 got about as much as I could expect out of this one.

Today was a good day for this strategy. Left a lot of money on the table... but its better than losing money.
I had 8 fills so couldn't tape read too much. Covered shorts quickly as I felt the market would bounce and held on to the longs which didn't hurt me too much on the intitial drop in the futures.
UTX was nice. Should held C longer.
Only traded 300 share positions. will probably go to 400 tomorrow.

I use the Eminis, right near the bell (the latest trade, somewhere around 9:29 NYTime, compare that number with the previous day's close of the Spot price (plus FV). That will give you a percentage up or down to use as the median to envelope your orders around.
Good one today, filled on 6, 5 winners (lost in Citigroup)....made $970 (43.5 cents).

Pretty "easy" opening today since everyone on the NYSE was home (at least it feels that way). Filled on 8, profits on 7 (CCU was a bit of a dog). +890 (44.5cents).

I slept in today, our "Bright Family Christmas Poker Game" ran for about 9 hours, but I ended up in 2nd place, behind (who else?) my brother. I netted $1400, from an original field of 12 Poker players. Every family needs a Holiday Tradition....this just happens to be ours. I'll be in for the opening tomorrow.
