to don and others:

does anyone ever try openings on nasdaq or amex? or on other exchnages around the world??

today I got filled on BIIB short 100 shares at 47.71... I'm guessing it was a keystroke error by the amex specialist although usually they would have phoned to bust a trade like that by now.
the other few shite fills I got wiped out most of the profits...

can someone dig up the time and sales to see how many shares were printed?

matt

There are no openings on Nasdaq (yet, they're gearing up for it). Amex has a modified specialist system that I personally try to stay away from. Primary market for this strategy is NYSE.
