Bizarre busy open out of nowhere today; at least by my standards.
6 long fills (2 were small test positions), 5 wins 1 scratch, +544 net

Quick $100 in GE.
I'm setting up new program...it's pretty cool...sets up with all sorts of variables including betas and volatility, automatically searches for News items for each stock, breaks out by sector, automatically sets up a portfolio on Yahoo, any stocks that need adjustments based on news, dividends, earnings etc. pop up as "adjustments needed"...places "retracement" orders for a percentage of shares to buy/sell from original opening amount. Stop Loss strategies are inputed...multiple layers.....geez, so much cool stuff....this is going to take a while to master just the procedures to put in proper parameters...but should be well worth it.
We'll see results starting in 2006....

I've been using another program for my "full size" openings..and only posting my "manual" results here so far. I'm just going to kick it up a bit...
Hey, I may be "old and slow" - but these young kids try their best to keep in the "here and now" ....

Don in looking at your trades throughout the year it appears that your profits are quite small. I mean 200 one day 185 another day. I am quite confused I thought with all your knowledge you would be raking in a lot but I actually feel that in reading your posts you probably ended the year in the red. Only a 2005 tax return will demonstrate your real results.
