Don's openings and more for 2005

Hi - typically, how many opg ordrs do most of you submit and try to manage each morning (once you've weeded out the news hits)?

I only do around 8 stocks with size varying from 500 shares on new stocks I'm testing to 3000 shares on ones I'm more comfortable with. Most others on here do way more than that; I'm just a piker.

30 stocks ranging in size from 400 shares for my testers to 2500 shares for my consistent winners. Usually a .5% envelope

With automation it is easy to manage.

Nice Wednesday, in front of 30 students, and I even had my Redi go down right after I had 6 fills, all long, LOL.

Anyway +$1150, about $800 so far this week, after that bad Tuesday.

Back to work,

Don

Having your system go down more often would probably boost your profitability Don. Then you wouldn't be able to take only a nickel profit on a 40 cent move. :)

Two great days in a row for OO's here. +6k yesterday, +4300 today. I totally blew two good trades today too, cost me probably another grand.

Bring some more fear to the markets baby, I like the volatility!

My brother agrees with you...says my "attention span" is way too short. LOL
