Can others see my OPG orders after I submit them? I guess another way of asking this question is: Is the opening orders book available for traders?

yes

NYOB shows these clearly premarket, netted based on each price level (if you've chosen to net levels), or line by line if you have netting turned off....

+275 today, only 2 fills. I was able to close out several pairs layers this AM as well for good profits....always nice to turn theoretical into "closed" money.
