There may be more to blame than Donnie.
We are having local postal sorting centers and post offices being shut down regularly due to COVID outbreaks which leads to significant delays in mail delivery and piles of packages in the offices.

The country being riddled with it is having these knock on effects. Had Donny had his way entirely with the election tampering then the Christmas surge would be worse. As it is, this should have been predicted and USPS temporarily increased dramatically (make Besoz pay a meaningful chunk this year so no subsidizing) but none of that talk because votes might get through.
DeJoy is still at the helm, let's not forget his purpose for being there.
