Yeah, market is/was so fast I stopped posting. Scalping YM.

I finished the Oct. 17 position. +1 1890/-2 1870/+1 1860/-1 1850/+1 1840 all puts. Bulletproof.

I started legging into Oct. 24 put positions. +1 1850/-2 1830/ -2 1800 and trying to buy the 1810.

Then there was a big problem with SPAN and I couldn't get an order in for Oct.24. TWS couldn't value some contracts and rejected orders. Then the market started dropping like a rock and sold the Oct. 17 1890C for a weak hedge. Not what I wanted and costly.

That has never happened to me before. Just goes to show shit happens. I got a ticket with IB:) We'll see.

Things are OK now and Oct.24 put looks like +1 1850/-2 1830/ +1 1810/ -2 1800. Still short the Oct.17 1890C.

Next trade short YM, but not for a while. And still working on the Oct.24 put side - get it hedged.

Interesting..I've also had some problems with span (not) pricing a spread..the bid/ask are a bit crazy esp after hrs.

So now the Oct. 24 spread looks like +1 1850/-2 1830/+1 1810/-1 1800/+1 1790 (puts) for a credit of 2pts or 100 gross (with gain on call and loss on 1800P). Comms are 1.41 per trip, but I traded the Oct. 17 1840P several times. (+1.50) It all adds up.

34 x 1.41 = 47.94 costs for both spreads (so far).

FYI, I also have an elaborate spread on CL. Made some money on the entries, but lost it all back on the net pos. which was 91/90/89 short put fly. I had my chances as it hung around 90 for a while.

Mostly reversals and now some boxes, short term directional trades. Gotta watch pin risk with so many strikes. Completely hedged neutral, except the lottery ticket bullish short fly.

The highest put strike I sold was the 93.5 for 1100. At 80, the thing was worth at least 13500. Looking forward to Nov. expiry and be rid of it all.

Looking for some point to get long the stock market, but don't see anything, yet.

Got the 81/83 CL box. The result of 2 dir. trades conversion/reversal. Gotta watch that the rest of the day for pin risk. I don't want any uncertainty.
