These people just don't get it that this BLM "movement" is just a pile of crap.
The original BLM is legit but the movement has been hijacked and spun way way left.
It’s not racism or equality that the people are booing, it’s the non-stop drama given it by the press and politicians where it invades our pastimes, places we go to get away from all that.
What the NFL, NBA and others fail to understand, who are the “social justice” messages aimed at? It’s aimed at the Fan, in essence the league is calling their Fans racists.
Let that sink in and then guess why people are upset.

Sports fans typically are very forgiving. The political ones eventually buys their ticket regardless to the politics of the owners or players.
Much easier now to boo because its a Pandemic. Thus, yeah...they are booing more about why they've been experiencing during this Pandemic (health crisis, social unrest, looting, rioting and even police behaviour.
I think the messages are aimed at the advertisers, globally to fan abroad and their own way to vent about what's been going on this year so far.
Booing is an expression of free speech. Now imagine if there were no problems, no Pandemic and your team just sucks...takes a big loss...
I've seen much worst than booing. Most of those players didn't care because they've seen much worst from the fans too.

The Kansas City Chiefs have been called on to raise the African American flag as part of the franchise’s heightened sense of social justice awareness, which the league has committed to this season.
Pat Clarke, who is an activist in the Kansas City, Mo., area, wrote in a letter to the organization that the flag should be raised at Arrowhead Stadium along with the social justice messages in the end zones and the special decals that will be placed on players’ helmets, according to FOX4 KC.
“You look at the NBA, they have Black Lives Matter on the court. The coaches have it on their shirts. The players have it on their backs, but that flag flying above that says a lot right there,” Clarke said at a press conference last week.
Of the African American flag, Clarke said: “The red is for the blood, the black is for the people and the green is for the glory.”
Clarke said he hoped Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt would hear him out.
“Some great things can come out of this. It’s just that it’s going to take great people to make it happen,” he said, according to the station. “Clark Hunt is apparently a great person because he put together a great team. And that’s all we are trying to do is put together the right team so America and Black America can work together to do what we need to do.”

Watt was also confused by the negative reaction from fans.
But the show of unity between Texans and Chiefs players was a clear bait and switch. Texans players opted to protest the national anthem by staying inside the locker room. Fans booed the linking of arms between the players because it was taken as a political statement, not a statement of unity. And the fans were right.
It can’t be stated frequently enough: You cannot argue that you are trying to show unity while aiming your protest at the ultimate signs of unity, the American flag and the national anthem.
The American flag is our national symbol, arguably the only symbol that connects a dairy farmer from central California to a factory worker in Michigan to a newly naturalized immigrant in New York. The national anthem is a sports ritual that unifies a stadium of opposing fans from all different backgrounds, reminding us that the artificial conflict taking place on the field is done in the American tradition of good-hearted competition and fairness.
For some mind-boggling reason, athletes and the media continue to push on with anthem protests without it ever occurring that this is the wrong way to win people to their cause. Polling shows that positive opinion of sports has dropped from 45% to 30%. Sports are now underwater with both Republicans and Independents, and even Democrats have seen a 5-point shift toward the negative since last year.
By sitting out the national anthem, the Texans brought on boos because they were only showing unity with the Chiefs, not with the fans. Everyone already agrees that what happened to George Floyd was wrong, and various police reform proposals have substantial public support. But when it comes to anthem protests, athletes are driving away their own fans while refusing to listen to criticism. If the hysterics from sports media are any indication, that’s not going to change.
