Poor fella thought I was directing terrorists to his house and went crying to Baron who didn't take him too seriously. He already has a ham-ass so I don't understand the concern.

I was making a point about the West Bank US style tract housing and made a little joke by picking the first landmark in Durham I saw on Google maps, found the first brown earth/not mature development that looked like the West Bank terrain and put that in saying it was the West Bank. Well it seems two days later he noticed one of the hundreds of houses on the map area was his and he panicked... He has said he lives in Durham a lot.

It was just a coincidence. This is why I can't stomach him talking about war stuff, he is so timid.

I use this place as a "dear journal". Long ago in life, I figured trying to change a cult member's ways is an exercise in futility, so this place is a blackhole of opinions. I'd like to think GWB's have been transformed some by the leftier elements on here, but he flip flops so much and admits no wrong from prior ones that I can't take his deprogramming seriously.

Romney made the remarks on Sunday during an interview about his new biography, "Romney: A Reckoning."

"I don't think I've heard a single member of my caucus, the Republicans in the Senate, say, 'You know, Donald Trump is great. Aren't we lucky to have him as our leader?'" Romney told CBS.

On Monday, Trump took a shot at the retiring senator on his Truth Social platform.

"Mitt Romney, a total loser that only a mother could love, just wrote a book which is, much like him, boring, horrible, and totally predictable," Trump wrote. "I am very proud to be the one who forced this Left Leaning RINO out of politics. He wanted to run sooo badly, but knew he couldn't win in the great State of Utah without my Endorsement and Support, so he QUIT."

"His crummy book says nothing good about anybody, other than RINO Paul RINO, who may be worse, and even dumber, than Mitt himself," he added.

Trump insisted that Romney had "begged" to be nominated as secretary of state.

"I didn't give him the job, NOR DID I EVER INTEND TO," Trump wrote. "I JUST WANTED TO PROVE A POINT, THAT MITT ROMNEY IS, & ALWAYS HAS BEEN, A LIGHTWEIGHT JOKE!

Same, I expect he was lucky and has a good influence in his life, I put a lot of the covid stuff (though he was wrong sometimes) down to this however he does tend to back slide to Fox says etc.
