Any TS documents related to nuclear weapons or nuclear energy is governed by the Atomic Energy Act and those cannot be declassified by that fool. There are other examples and he must declassify in writing.

"The procedure is far more formal,” said Immerman, who is now a historian at Temple University. “Documents must be declassified page by page, in writing; in fact, if TS/SCI [Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information] line by line. The document then is marked declassified (often sanitized) by the authorizing agent along with the date. Consequently, former President Trump’s claim is to me implausible.”

This relates to all TS/SCI documents. Further, they must be marked "declassified" on each page of the document.

Because NARA addressed it publicly when Trump made those absurd allegations.

Wrong. As Commander in Chief, any president has the absolute authority to declassify any documents, at any time they wish and there is no protocol that has to be followed.

Even IF true,he did not declassify them.Declassified documents are marked declassified.
