Only participants in a Grand Jury investigating Trump, assuming one exists, will know for certain the answer to your question, but enough has leaked that people are willing to make very educated guesses. See, for example gwb's post above. For the final outcome, you'll have to wait. And if there are no indictments forthcoming, you may never know the correct answer to your question. In the meantime you might read up on Grand Juries and learn their purpose and how they function so you can stop embarrassing yourself by asking ridiculous questions. If on the other hand you were to ask, "what charges re Trump might a Grand Jury be considering?" there are a plethora of possibilities. And you've already been apprised of them by other participants in this thread.

Actually we know they have a criminal investigation and will be convening a grand jury and they have so much evidence against Trump that its going to take months to present that evidence to the grand jury.
Actually, you don't know how much evidence, if any, that they have. You also have no idea what's being criminallyinvestigated, if anything. ----Bottom line is that you just don't know anything.
I understand that you are in some serious denial that Trump is about be locked up.You should have learned from the election that your denials doesn't change reality.
Apparently that's not true, assuming what Eric Trump and others associated with the Trump organization have said is truthful, which I realize is always a stretch when dealing with Trumps, especially Donald. Other people too have contributed informed tidbits. I recommend being patient however. In the meantime we can hope to see Donald in cuffs before by the end of 2022. It would be more difficult for him to run for President from a prison cell.
