China signs a generic and vauge document that says China will buy goods and everyone believes things will change....

This is not the first time China or Japan has signed an agreement with the US. I read the agreement (pretty sure you didnt) and it contains vague general language and all of it UNENFORCEABLE because no general trade agreement is.

China "promises" to buy some goods after costing US taxpayers billions of dollars but in reality will do whatever they want.

So anyone who gets up and cheers this agreement is quite revealing about them...basically just flying a partisan flag without actually diving into the issues.
