Nearly 38 percent of voters said the July 25 phone conversation, which touched on a possible investigation of Joe Biden and his son, was an impeachable offense, 21 percent said the phone call was wrong but didn’t rise to an impeachable offense, and 31 percent said there was nothing wrong with the phone conversation.
