He's throwing the presidency. He got the Dems elected in the midterms, now it's time to get Hillary in. No one in their right mind would've ran the presidency the way he did during the first half of his first term. If Mueller doesn't get him, he'll make sure he pays the Clintons back by imploding further down the line.
One of the main reasons that Rasmussen, and to a lesser extent, Fox News are the most accurate polls of presidential approval in the country is because they use VOTERS. In Rasmussen, they sample Likely Voters and in Fox News along with a couple of others, they sample Registered Voters. Gallup and most others interview All Adults. It's no wonder that Gallup is always so far off in this day and age with the level of rampant legal and illegal immigration. Phoneysnark always quotes Gallup because it gives him/her a more favorable result to his/her view. However, it's way out of whack and belongs in the dustbin of history.
