Washington (CNN)Two new polls, taken before President Donald Trump launched airstrikes on Syria Friday night, show that around four in 10 Americans approve of the way Trump is handling his job.
A newABC News/Washington Post poll shows that 56% of Americans disapprove of the President's job performance, while 40% approve. Those who strongly disapprove of Trump outnumber those who strongly approve by nearly two to one.
A new NBC News/Wall Street Journal pollfinds that Trump's job approval rating among all adults is at 39%, and 57% say they disapprove of his job performance.

Donald continues to be the only President since approval ratings polls began in the 1930's to never have a 51% approval rating in Gallup or aggregate polls.

Cohen Would Turn Against President if Charged, Counselor Warned Trump
Mr. Trump made the call seeking advice from Jay Goldberg, who represented Mr. Trump in the 1990s and early 2000s. Mr. Goldberg said he cautioned the president not to trust Mr. Cohen. On a scale of 100 to 1, where 100 is fully protecting the president, Mr. Cohen “isn’t even a 1,” he said he told Mr. Trump.
There are two problems with trump that make it impossible for him to gain the respect of the majority of Americans and world leaders. He will never achieve that! 1) He's a criminal, as will very soon be shown beyond any reasonable doubt, and 2) He is an asshole, and nearly everyday says or does something that only an asshole would say or do.
