That must mean, "half of the presidents helped America, half harmed us.... with Odumbo in the middle." Please... please show the list of presidents who were worse at harming America than Obama.
This is not a list of President's that "harmed America" vs. "helped America". The judgment on harmed vs. helped is primarily a matter of political perspective.
The ranking of Presidents should be based on their success in proposing and implementing their policies. Individuals may agree or disagree with policies but a President's ranking should be based on their achievements.
Obama was successful in implementing some policies and not successful in others. Obama was successful in getting Obamacare in place - from a policy implementation angle it was a success. There are people who do not support ACA and desire to tear it down. However we can only judge Trump's presidency as unsuccessful in eliminating Obamacare at this point.
He deserves that for fighting on the side of Isis
Obama is easily in the top 10. He had to deal with the aftermath of a financial panic along with the racists that still plague the land. And this O-care is what the R's have wanted since Heritage drew up that plan in 1988.
Other than Eisenhower and Teddy R, there are no R's in the top 10 of good or great presidents. And no, Lincoln is not an R by today's standards.
