There would have to be crimes committed which at this moment, it has not been shown that they have been. I do expect convictions on cases that go to jury and then the victories will have to be taken in the appellate phase including SCOTUS. There is nothing illegal and certainly not criminal, in Trump contesting an election or having documents or paying someone under an NDA or telling folks to peacefully and patriotically protest at The Capitol. Furthermore, an insurrectionist would not authorize 10k National Guard Troops to thwart his insurrection. This is a preemptive coup attempt that Dems are engaging in
