Trump didn't "donate" the land. He always meant for it to be a golf course and when the state wouldn't allow it, he tried to write it off for several times what he paid for it... and for what it was actually worth.

I'm predicting 2024 even sooner than I did 2020,which was years before 2020.A black person will be on the ticket in 2024 so Trump or whoever the GOP nominee is is fucked.

Of course a Black person will be on the Democratic ticket in 2024. Besides cheating, it's the only chance they have of winning. BUT, the Pubs might also have a Black person on the ticket in 2024 which will give them a big time win. (Like they won in 2020)
