It is amazing what happens when the people who develop vaccines have people all around them dying from a disease, including people in their own family circle. Trump had very little to do with it.

The power to produce from a massive infusion of private sweat equity comes from an internal feeling of national urgency. No one person, president or otherwise, flicks a switch and then it magically starts to happen.

"Fast Track" existed before Trump; and exists for times of pandemics etc.

Vaccines aren't fast tracked during non-pandemic periods.
