Yeh, he laid out his daca positions on fox years ago before the Shep Era set in and has stuck with them.
The big constitutional issues are not where he goes astray. It is the constant drone about how Trump's dick is going to fall off this week because of some subpoena or some witness or something that Mueller is finding or going to do. He had Shep self-stimulating over every pimple on Cohen's and Mannafort's arses and how everyone and everything was going to flip on Trump and he was a goner by the end of the week.
As I said yesterday, he will tone some of it down now that his main employer/user on Fox- Shep- is gone. He will try to graft on to some other program and dance to their tune as he did back pre-Shep. Chameleon.
DACA is based on an executive order. Immigration policy in that area is already set by Congress which has constitutional authority in that area. If Napolitano is pointing that out, he is not exactly a legal savant. The conservative/moderate justices will vote that way/ the commie justices won't. Duh.

Business is slagging at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, which is likely a result of political backlash against President Trump, Axios reports.
Business records show that between 2015 and 2018, profits fell 89%, from $16.7 million to $1.8 million, according to Axios. As a result, the establishment is “leaving jobs open, rolling back amenities and purchasing cheaper supplies ” as a means to cut back on costs.
In contrast, records show that other hotel establishments in Chicago without the Trump name are financially sound.
The news comes in the wake of reports of numerous Trump properties experiencing financial difficulty since he became president.
