The Justice Department has acknowledged that it did not open a criminal investigation based on that referral because, “based on the facts and applicable law, that there was no campaign finance violation and that no further action was warranted,” a spokesperson said.

Not only will Trump be facing multiple felony obstruction charges in 2021 but he will be facing whistleblower scandal charges as well
So supposedly someone who didn’t actually hear the conversation, tells someone something they didn't or can't actually confirm snd is the basis of an inquiry, but the supposed someone can't be interviewed or questioned, etc etc etc.
