Donald Trump's poll numbers collapse

Quote from AAAintheBeltway:

BTW, I would hardly call that list of washed up celebs "beloved."

I wanna be a washed up celeb with 100+ million dollars!!! All 4 have that much at least.

But I agree, Letterman is an asshole, although still beloved!!!

I wanna be a washed up celeb who is considered one of the greatest actors of all time(Deniro) ,have one of the greatest TV shows of all time(Bill and Jerry) and one of the greatest night shows of all time

Quote from AAAintheBeltway:

He didn't get destroyed at all. He proved to a lot of voters he was one candidate who wasn't afraid to take obama on. No one expected the birth certficate issue to amount to anything anyway.

When Trump shifted to the issue of obama's murky educational background and called for his transcripts and test scores to be released, the word went out to destroy him with cries of racism.

BTW, I would hardly call that list of washed up celebs "beloved." Clueless maybe, and in the case of Letterman, dirtbag, would fit better.

1.He got destroyed.Just look at what a joke he is now .Idiot birther, racist, dropped to the bottom of polls, crying about being picked on .Now he spends his days on fox saying he's not a racist because a black guy won the apprentice and crying about everyone picking on him

2.There is nothing murky about Obama's educational background.Only idiots believe Obama can get into and graduate Columbia and Harvard being a mediocre student due to AA or other idiot reasons.Only idiots believe you can graduate Harvard with honors and become president of The Law review because of some kind of conspiracy.Only an idiot would believe Obama could be a professor at one of the nations top 5 Law Schools due to AA/ a conspiracy

All of the celebs I mentioned are beloved legends in their fields.Trump and his supporters are the clueless ones

Those causes mean nothing to Middle class americans. Thats why he flamed out. It was funny for a while and the nuts loved it but after a while the joke is no longer humorous and his 15 minutes in the spotlight fade.

Next time fight for real issues that impact Middle class Americans and you might have seen a different outcome. But when you run on a Joke platform, the Joke gets stale and the gong goes off and curtain goes down.

Donald Trump's poll numbers collapse

The Donald went up, and then The Donald melted down.

In what automated Democratic survey shop Public Policy Polling described as "one of the quickest rises and falls in the history of presidential politics," Donald Trump has plummeted from a field-leading 26 percent in the polls to a mere 8 percent.

He's now in a fifth-place tie with the man he has often criticized as unelectable, Ron Paul, according to the latest PPP survey out Tuesday. Mike Huckabee and Mitt Romney lead the primary pack at 19 percent and 18 percent, respectively, followed by Newt Gingrich at 13 percent and Sarah Palin at 12 percent.

"As Trump got more and more exposure over the last month Republicans didn't just decide they weren't interested in having him as their nominee — they also decided they flat don't like him," pollster Tom Jensen wrote on the company's blog.

As the "birther" issue that he championed started fading with the release of President Barack Obama's birth certificate, so did Trump's poll position. Only 34 percent of GOPers still have a favorable opinion of Trump, compared with 53 percent who view him unfavorably, according to the survey.

The latest poll of 610 Republican primary voters has a sampling error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.

Interesting.Wish he would have ran in 2012 to face Obama rather than Hillary in 2016.
