Hey CO - I agree 100% and thats a good question re ISIS.

The sad fact lets remember is that ISIS is just the monster that was created as a result of US & coalition troops on the ground (and the incompetence of the Bush admin). Taking out Saddam and supporting the Syrian rebels (early ISIS) as they tried to take down Bashar al-Asaad.

Alas if US troops do go back, it's to clear up the mess the US and allies created. If we had left the place the hell alone we wouldnt be in this pickle, we'd have less terrorism threats etc - imo. We should have just stuck to Afghanistan.

Really? What problem do we have that is "10X WORSE" than ISIS (that we didn't have before)??

Trump isn't a serious candidate, even if he is delighting the anti Washington crowd. His campaign is run out of sheer ego and mindless bluster. He claims he'll do x, y and z but has no explanation as to how he will do it. This is a guy who if he actually got into the White House would create a gridlock that would make the Obama-Republican leadership look like a free love orgy. On second thought, he might unite the Republicans and Democrats. I might vote for him just for that possibility, but I don't think I could pull the trigger for a person who is possibly be the biggest asshole on planet earth.
