45 is not welcome back. The symbol outlines his close support of Nazi ideals.

It looks like abstract art to me to derive the number 45 from a slash through it to say "No"...that slash is the creative art aspect because it then resembles a Nazi swastika.
I wouldn't take it seriously because the artist who created it was for it to be used as "protest paraphernalia" when Trump first became President. I think it first gained traction in the Charlottesville protest/riot.
Yet, had it been a diagram or symbol for Anti-Nazis from the 1930s - 1940s in Germany...it would still be just creative art from an artist who's also a protestor/political cartoonist.
It will most likely resurface as an anti-Trump symbol at any protest or political rally as the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election heats up more. Therefore, I would not be surprised to see a few signs like the above in Milwaukee, Wisconsin outside the RNC.
