Lost on the idiots is none of January 6 demonstrators was ever charged for insurrection. It was for minor crimes or misdemeanors that the Department of Justice enhanced somehow and made it appear more serious than just a demonstration which it was. Challenging the results of an election due to massive fraud is the right to any US citizen running for any public office. The only problem is the US Supreme Court failed to do their job in 2020 and instead, kicked the can down the road. That is why they have to deal with it now.

The federal charge for "insurrection" is "seditious conspiracy". Are you trying to claim that none of the January 6th criminals were charged with "seditious conspiracy".

A military order from a President will go through the Pentagon, the State department and multiple levels of undersecretary's and many chains of commands in the military.....If a President issues an illegal orders you would have multiple resignations throughout the whole chain of command....
