As a successful self made developer of Black Diamond Park in Walsenburg, Colorado, I am a long time fan of Donald Trump, way before "The Apprentice" was ever conceived.
Many of the negative comments made in this forum are from people who are jealous of successful people including Mr. Trump.
As a successful person myself, I am used to jealous people who have nothing better to do than knock my success, even though I give much more back to the community than I have to.
I would suggest to them that they get a life of their own and focus on doing positive things that benefit not only themselves but other readers who want to be successful in their lives.
Last but not least, Donald Trump has made money by developing quality properties that have value and also employ thousands of people. If people want to pay to hear what he has to say about being successful, it may be the best deal of all to those who use the advice in a positive way to be successful in their lives and spread the AMERICAN WAY of free enterprise and success.

You have little idea about how Donald Trump "made" money, let alone how he got started. He still has issues creating projects that can cover the debt service, let alone make profit. The man is a master of image, he should have been doing TV a while ago.
I love the irony of Trump claiming to be the portrait of the "American Dream". Just like the whole country, there is the image, then there is the truth. In essense, both are completely full of sh*t but act as if they are full of gold.
I doubt you even knew that Trump does not get any equity in any of the projects that have his name anymore, except the Trump Tower which they let him keep in the BK.
