But those are merely emotional formations of his followers' minds—he was convicted, upon review of the evidence, by a jury of his peers, a jury that was vetted by his own defence. Any patriot of the American way has to support this process or they are letting their emotions get the better of them, and it would be they who are making him a martyr.

Oh this conviction is completely political. If you don't see what a joke it is, then that joke is on you. I'll say it again, I'm no fan of Trump, but all this did was help the guy. It would be different if you guys were using the law to go after corruption or crimes on both sides. But you're not. You're just actively going after an opponent running against you. That's a problem.

Make all the snarky comments you want, but you're not going to be happy with the results, old friend.

I just don't understand this "it's political" reasoning at all—these are felonies, with evidence and witnesses. What felony is Biden accused of which is not being pursued?
