Elementary research would let you know that syphilis is 100% curable at any stage. It's unlikely that Trump or anyone but some drug addicted street person would let it go that far. And finally, that's not what later stage syphilis looks like which a simple google search will reveal. Looks more like broken blisters from some manual labor which I'm sure that fat fuck doesn't do.
