Of course, guess who is bebefitting: those that sell to foreigners. Guess who is taxed and picks up the bills: all ordinary Americans who largely consume more from abroad than sell to abroad. Again the top benefits and the middle class pays the price. But at least we can rest assured that markets set fair value exchange rates based on fundamentals not what Donald thinks.
