I disagree about the knock on Don Miller. Why do teachers have to be losers. You sound a bit jealous.

By the way, when people ask me questions about Don Miller's background, it is my duty to answer.

Just because Miller learned from me and Jea Yu does not mean he does not know anything.

The 8 weeks have came to an end. The Jellies are going to swim alone from now on. Don says:

thanks for the accolades. Yes I did drive (actually own) a NYC taxi medallion in 1972. (Have you checked the prices of NYC taxi medallions lately?) probably not.

But I don't see why it is so impressive to you? It was so gradual.

True if someone is driving a cab one year and a year later becomes a top fund manager, that might be a woo-hoo, but not this much time.

Warren Buffett had a boyhood paper route. But he did not become the richest guy on earth from that. It was not related.

By the way it has been sold. The other weird thing that supposedly made fun of me was that someone found a real estate notice for a transfer of ownership to me for $1.00.

And on the whole topic of real estate. I correctly saw the deterioration of real estate as an investment 4 years ago and started dumping a few properties over a two year period. The biggest ones went first.

Yet it is funny that a few amateurs thought that that was somehow not smart?

Guess you people never owned any real estate to begin with, or if you did, were not smart enough to sell.
