Don Miller 2.

Quote from bobfrank:

OK: I am a Jellie. I should have listened to all you traders. From what I have read you guys know what your talking about. I've lost all my money. The training was a fake. Don probably never made any money. I still have no clue what a MA crossover is, or a fade, or a short squeeze, or lifting the offer, etc. Why I didn't take all the incredible advice on this forum I will never know.

You guys were right--we got screwed. I will probably have to go into therapy though I don't have any money left so I will talk to friends for support. Perhaps some of you could help with advice. Like I said, you were correct all along and I just didn't listen. Please help if you can--I'm one depressed person.

Bob

I hope you are being sarcastic. If so, good job. If not, OMG.

I betcha
its DM himself

he is being sarcastic, but the non sarcastic part about what he learned ( reverse psychology ) is what is really sad. doesn't look like it was worth the money.

reverse psychology?...you mean like the 'fictitious drawdown' he keeps talking about?

hmmmm...interesting

Quote from smilingsynic:

He is advertising in the most recent issue of Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities.

That's funny because in one of his blog posts or videos he said his coming out of retirement and teaching again was the biggest buzz in the industry right now. So why does he have to advertise?

It must of created a big buzz among the lowlife snake oil selling industry.

The kind of people and places where he hangs out, like tradingmarkets.com are probably buzzing and congratulating him on such a well executed fleecing of the gullible.

truth is pure and truth is 1.5 million is NOTHING. its just a taste, most here will make that amount in a year or two at one point in their lives--- OF COURSE HE NEEDS OTHER SOURCES OF INCOME.

Clearly just shows how NAIVE you really are regardless of if DM is phony or not.

Most will make 1.5 million in a year or 2 , get friends with a broker and he will tell you the opposite, most will lose most in a about 6 months

I just don't know why I didn't listen to you guys. You guys obviously know the good traders from the bad ones. What a fool I was. He is the kind of guy Michael Moore is talking about in his new movie about Capitalism. If I had some Zoloft or Valium that would help but I've lost all my money and have no insurance. But I will crawl out of this hole by listening to great traders like you guys from now on.

Bob

Bob, seriously. Until you show us your P/L achieved by using Don's method, your words are worthless...

Remember, the best vengence is being profitable....

No problem Bob...

This has happened several times in the past and will happen again. Search for Frans Shoar, he claimed to be tradding 100 ES contracts in his trading room. When inconsistancies appeared he posted the great response:
"I, Franz Shoar
of TI, hereby declare that every trade of every contract I post in my
trading room is real, and is executed on the CME ES market".
Franz Shoar
An employee of his company posted that all of his trades were fake and he never made money. He has now moved 'offshore' with his trading room...

Then there was Dennis Bolze.

http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?threadid=150664

Had a great blog and offered free 3 day seminars at this huge house. He is now waiting trial after completely screwing his investors and his very nice family. Bolze also made a big deal of donating a lot of money to charity.

Before that, there was MarketMonk.......

With this economy there are new web sites every single day offering great wealth within weeks for a fee. None are very creative or offer anything new that has not been published on the web or in magazines.

Bob, if Miller was a fake as you say, and you only lost your seminar money to Miller you are indeed lucky.
