Name one thing that Trump has done to the American people that equates to a mass murder.

You missed the comparison. I incorrectly assumed that
1) people would know that the reference to a mass murderer wasn't literal; and that
2) including another example, different from a mass murderer, would insure that item #1 would be clear.

The comparison is not that Trump has murdered someone; nor is it that he has conned investors out of billions (millions, yes).

More simply put: one should not feel sorry for bad people, when bad things happen to them.

Those were examples of bad things happening to bad people.
