There is no question that the election was stolen. It remains to be seen whether or not voting machine manipulation was involved.

a. does this mean Carlson said those words in quotes or Lindell.
That is such an important distinction... there should not be partial out of context quotes there.
Plaintiff's lawyers seem to being a bit tricky there.
b. if we presume they not claiming Carlson himself said anything defamatory... then basically plaintiff is saying Carlson is liable for the words of his guests...
that is not the law as it exists right now. .

Let us assume for the sake of argument that Dominion Voting machines was not a party to the election fraud. However, Dominion Voting Machines officials would have to testify under oath that election officials deliberately, changed the settings on its machines which is why the statistical aberrations noted by experts was allowed to happen. And if it did in fact happen, then, those election officials can be prosecuted for election fraud. There is no rational reason to change the settings on a voting machine purposely, calibrated and tested even before being used by US voters.
That laptop scam was my favorite. So much photoshopping and fake emails mixed with real pictures etc.
FOX will just throw their reporters under the bus and claim they are not news or shows meant to be factual, they are akin to the National Inquirer whose job is to come up with the most outlandish claims possible for viewership.
