I broke my L5 vertebrae a few years ago deadlifting(I had previously injured it that just finished it off). Talk about back pain lol, it hurt so bad to sit, stand, walk, and everything else you can imagine. I got a back brace which made my life 10 times better for a month or two before cracking a rib lmao then my back brace hurt super bad to wear because the rib.
Anyways my best suggestion for back pain is to strengthen your core like everyone else has said. Suprisingly, alot of back issues can be fixed by working your abs. That was the main thing they pushed when I was going through physical therapy. That and consciously maintain perfect posture while you are sitting in your chair. Don't slouch or anything. If you always think about perfect posture, after awhile you won't have to think about it it will just be natural.
