Does your Back hurt ? What do you do?

Glad to see you trade forex 24/7.. I have similar habits too..
Affects the sleep alot..
back when I was daytrading, a day actually meant something. Now what is a day? Especially when you are trading globally against Australia, Japan and Humpy over there in England.

You just try to get some sleep whenever you can get it.

It might be at 1 am et, or 1 pm et.

It meant something when I was young. Now my back hurts all the time, but I don't see how quitting trading is going to help in any way. If you don't want your back to hurt, you should have made better decisions when you were young.

Phil;
Try a little regular exercise/coffee breaks & pray;
back surgery can be exspensive, ineffective & painful.Pray before you get in a big mess, if you like widom.:cool:

I lost weight, hired a trainer, and started slinging around kettlebells. Strengthening your core and lower back muscles will really, really help.

I also decided to spend $500 on a really good chair and shitcan the office supply store chinese crap.

The best thing happened several years ago when I decided to hang to positions a little longer than seconds or minutes at a time - therefore, I can stand up and walk around a little.

First, get one of these for your computer chair and your car. They are only 5 bucks and free shipping.

Next up, if you are really bad and can afford it, try a chiropractor for a month or two.

If you dont want to shell out $1,000 to some guy that is basically just going to crack your back, you have to do yoga. I use this method to pop my back. Its a little tricky at first to get it right, but it will relieve the pressure on your lower back.

Two things: 1. An anti-inflammatory diet such as the Zone diet and, 2. modest exercise. "No pain, no gain" is trouble. Exercise should not be painful. If it is you are doing more harm than good. The best advice is the Zone diet. A balance of healthy fats, healthy carbs, and healthy proteins is the secret to treating many of the things that ails the human body.

Another thing you could try is meditation. The type to release you of your attachment to the 5 senses.

no kidding, my father is 93 years old and probably the healthiest man I know, and he will eat any kind of crap you put before him. He would eat a bowl of nails with ketchup if that is what's for dinner.

I am just the opposite. The day I graduated from high school I left home and started experimenting with diet and nutrition. 99% of most peoples ailments could be solved with proper nutrition and diet.

And that doesn't mean eating what frustrated women with a career instead of a family on tv tell you is good for you.

But like I said, my dad can eat anything, everything, anytime, and he is healthier than I could ever hope to be.

I guess it just depends, but I see people complain about back pain and I think, "Why don't you try losing 50 lbs and see if that helps."

I recommend cancelling the Internet at home and riding a bike to a cafe every morning to work, then ride back home. This will take care of your back problems.

Or trade standing up as others have suggested, either of these ideas will alleviate back pain from trading sitting down.

I have been there.

I use a small, rectangular Tempur-pedic pillow placed on my lower back. I have no back pains. I did, initially, but the pillow has really helped.
