Does Wealth Lab have Charting?

Is Wealth Lab a full service charting, backtesting, scanning program? Or is it just for backtesting?

There's no ongoing fee for it, which makes it cheap in the long run. I also understand you can use many data feeds with it.

Anyone know?

I want to stop trading. Currently I am using two softwares and want to sell both. They are Wizetrade 6.0 & Advanced GET 7.6 EOD complete with manuals and security lock. Both will be sold with special prices.
