For some reason my chart for V isn't working right. It's showing a flat line but highlighting a bar shows all the correct data in it. This is the ToS platform.

Who the hell got a 605K V allocation. Seeing all these big blocks going off at 58 (605K, 300K,183K, 250K). Are these the IBs shares?

is there an actual lockup period on selling V shares if you got allocated some? i know it is discouraged to sell right away but that is different than an actual lockup period.
