Does TWS support a time-based stop order?

I want to close out my position if neither the profit target nor the stop loss are hit within a given period of time.

Does TWS have a stop market order that is triggered after a certain time?

Yes, it does.

They can also be a part of OCA groups if you have a price stop as well.

yes, it is doable. You can set the effective time of the order,e.g. oct. 31, 2013, 12:00pm.

Does Ib have time based stops where the stop can be adjusted every x minutes. ex With XYZ at $102.00 Sell stop at $100 gets cancelled and modified to $100.10, $100.20, $100,30..... by 10 cents every 10 minutes?
