Every place you have circled is a relative high. This means at the time there was no way to know that would actually be the high. That volume might not be in the actual volume.
It's similar to that pic. You have highs in the overlay shown but then there are other highs where price doesn't go up that you didn't circle. In a situation where you had started going long on the third circle you would have lost money.

The blue line is a finite series... 0 to 100%. Highs are highs and lows are lows. This isn't price or implied vol or anything else. 110% is not possible. -50% is not possible. Finite. Series.
So those hgih or low values are objectively high or low. Because there can't be 500% dark pool buying. Get it?
