Does the software which tracking the market reactions and relationship exist?

Hi,guys,I wanna get a software to make me observe and study the relationship of markets and markets focus, concretely,its feature should include:

1. charting several markets data simultaneously on the screen;

2. marking the annotations(events or important data) on charts at the special moment(minutes,days) automaically or manually;

3. When clicking an annotation on a chart,highlighting relating market data or annotations on the other charts.(or other methods to show the relationship between markets).

4. Any other features.

But I couldn't find such a software,could you help me to get it?
