Does the ES contract have market makers?

Does the CME provide big trading firms with a title of market maker?

Trying to understand who gets to see the full depth of orders. Who fills my stop loss order when it is touches the level for 1 second and bounces back?

Any insights are greatly appreciated.

What platform are you using to view 10 levels in ES?
