Does praying to Jesus help with trading?

While knowledge and experience are necessary, praying may also help in trading. It can help through emotional control and improvement of state of mind. If we have control on our emotions and a better state of mind, we can make better decisions while trading.

Going for a jog, swimming, singing, riding your bike might do it, so what's special about praying? For Christians that means calling on Jesus, why not just call on a lucky charm hanging on your neck, will that work? The odds are the same, 50/50.

Every religion in the world I know pray to their God.
They must believe their prayers are answered otherwise they wouldn't pray, they all believe just like Christians in their prayer.
So why do Christians claim to be chosen, selected, special, exclusive?

We as traders know that there are numerous ways to trade.
Christianity reminds me as an example of the Gann method.
Gann made all sorts of unsubstantiated claims and controversy still rages on today.
There are more ways than one to skin a cat except when it comes to the bible, here the practitioners, behaving like a herd of cats also behave like jealous bitches.

As an aside, I find trading is a good metaphor of human life, the struggles, temptation, wins, losses, pain, joy, having a plan, riches, poorness, luck, order, randomness, intelligence, going it alone, finding your own path, etc.

Do what works for you, not what works for the benefit of others.
Trading needs to work for your personality, same with your spirituality, to be a clone of the church heirachy is to be a slave to man.

They preach "God will set you free" while everyone in church is in bondage to tradition.
