Does IB negotiate futures commission fees?

I'm currently unbundled and totaling over $10k each month in commissions trading futures and options on futures.

Does anyone have experience negotiating with IB? Do they do discounts/rebates?
 
IB's commission negotiation policy is take it as is or leave it.

For volume trading you need a clearing firm such as Advantage Futures. Commissions drop to $0.29 a side after 2,000 sides, $0.19 a side after 5,000 sides and $0.07 a side after 10,000 sides. You will have to pay for a trading platform.

Leasing a seat makes sense if the majority of your trading is at one exchange.
