Does IB Internalize Option Orders?

Its a "wee dram" Bob, its a Scottish thing and yeah I enjoy one once in a while too. Your knowledge in this area great and much appreciated. From your old trading room-mate at Rector St. Happy New Year

I have seen tbise configurarion settings. I sont quite get it. I only use limit orders so shouldmt it be doimg everything it can to fill already? I dont inderstand what i trade off

I have seen tbise configurarion settings. I dont quite get it. I only use limit orders so shouldmt it be doimg everything it can to fill already? I dont understand what i trade off if i were to click maximize fill? Am i charged more than the 70 cent commission as a charge for taking liquidity?
