Does IB have an order flow platform?

I saw something that looks like it in the "wheel" of their mobile app but that's not it.

How do I get order flow for S&P 500? Does IB offer it? is it free?

MotiveWave can be used with IB and we have extensive Volume and Order Flow tools.
