I made an "out of the ordinary" withdrawal,
and I was forced to call them, and answer some security questions...

I have done my share of six figure wires..never had to call or had to do any extra steps.
Currently using their digital security card device.

As one of the other responders noted, we offer different devices. These devices have varying levels of safeguards and the device provided along with its withdrawal limit is intended to be commensurate with the equity in one's account.
