yes, they accept foreign accounts/customers.

a relative of mine residing in asia opened an acount with them.

I think you'll find that mosk futures brokers will accept an account from anywhere as long as your paper work is in order.

I talked with FFastTrade sales rep yesterday. They have offices in London and customers in a wide range of countries.

It depends on whether you want the lowest commissions or you want:

-- an API
-- to also trade FX
-- to also trade equities
-- to also trade pit traded contracts
-- to also trade Asian exchanges
-- etc.
