I have no idea but it looks like a brokerage account transfer/cleanup trade. Not a real buy or sell.I am thinking they are buying those 460k shares, do you think?

My friend started working at Costco(Price Club) early 1980s. All he talks about is “How well run it is”! He’s now a DM who put his entire 401k, IRA, employee purchase plan and options converted to stock. Never sold a share to date, amazing retail growth stock. Have consumers changed for the next ten years or you think its back to normal practices?I see COST show signs of sell. Here are my reasons:
1- Warren Buffet sold all his COST shares. I dont know his reasons but based on research that he can do, I am sure he had good reasons.
2- COST announced $10 special dividend on ex dividend date of Dec 2. This shows signs of protection against Buffet sell. It also shows COST could not use it to expand and had no other plan to use that $4.4B cash
3- High P/E and may be the end of COVID era hearing that vaccine might be around the corner.
4- Today's price action which opened at $388 and now it is at 384.
No action so far on my side but I have COST under my radar.
Nothing wrong with COSTCO. Simply overvalued compared to its peers. Way overvalued. My friend started working at Costco(Price Club) early 1980s. All he talks about is “How well run it is”!
