Does anyone know about ERICR?

What is thi stock ERICR? It is a new stock that has had wild roller coaster ride, but today it didn't trade. What could have happened?

What is rights offering?
ERICR was trading at 0.25 cents yesterday while ERICY is trading at 68 cents.
Does it mean if I own ERICR shares they will be converted to ERICY? I dont understand where the 42 cents is coming in when ERICR has been trading from 10 cents to 60 cents a sahre.
