Does anyone here use more esoteric trading strategies like Astrology or psychics?

https://everydaycalculation.com/moon-phase.php
"we have identified a “Lunar green period”, when stocks tend to do better than average, and a “Lunar red period”, when stocks generally underperform. Green periods start about 3 days after Full Moon, and red periods begin about 3 days after New Moon. The outperformance in green periods is significant, as you can see in this chart (1950 – 2009):"

Moon Cycles:

If it can be useful to someone, I insert here the formulas: in Easylanguage (for Tradestation and Multicharts), for Amibroker and for Metastock.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lunar Cycles for Tradestation and Multicharts:

for Full Moon Cycles, obviously changing the dates, you can insert also the New Moon Cycles.

LUNARCYCLE: Plots a dot every 27 days, so if you type a full moon date as the input, it will continue to show you full moon days.

Note: Date should be entered as YYMMDD.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Function: LUNARCICLE

[LegacyColorValue = true];

Input: MOON1(Numeric);
LUNARCICLE = INTPORTION((DATETOJULIAN(DATE) - DATETOJULIAN(MOON1)) / 27)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Indicator:

[LegacyColorValue = true];

INPUT:VALUE(960305);

VALUE1 = LUNARCICLE(VALUE);

IF VALUE1 > VALUE1[1] THEN
PLOT1(H,"FULLMOON");

Since several have mentioned moon cycles, here's my contribution: motorcycles! Get to really know this diagram, and you'll understand the true nature of market cycles! Or something.
motorcycle-controls-diagram-1.jpg

I do not know why works. But it does work at times if you notice that prices usually drop and people are fearful during a full moon and they go back to peak euphoria and optimism in a new moon.......

FOR SURE moon phases affect animals + humans +criminal activity[not that all traders/inVestors are crooks/LOL]
BUT moon data is a common old school common measure; full moon is around mid month:caution::caution:

My crystal ball told me a few days ago to just load the boat with TQQQ or MNQ and hang on tight until the day chart shows a likely reversal happening, and not try to second guess individual stonks. Seems to be working okay-ish. Sometimes simple is good.
